Rates and Terms
Virtual Office On Call will provide a free no obligation phone consultation for up to one hour prior to starting any project. Each client and each project is unique, and we will work with you on a level that best suits your needs.
Outsourcing to Virtual Office On Call means you only pay for the services and the time you need. Once an agreement has been outlined, we offer an hourly rate (pay-as-you-go), as well as Retainer Packages.
Hourly Rates
The hourly rate is for clients who are not certain how many hours each month they will need. They could need our assistance each month for different amounts of time, or just need help with a project. Our standard hourly rate ranges from $35/hour to $65/hour with a one-hour minimum. The hourly rate is billed in 10 minute increments unless otherwise specified. A small deposit may be required for new clients, which would be applied to your first invoice.
Retainer Packages
Retainer hourly rates are for those clients who are ready for a long-term partnership and can commit to a specific number of hours each month - a minimum of 10 hours is required. Retainer fees are due at the beginning of each month. Unused retainer hours are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Additional expenses, such as postage, supplies, materials, etc., will be billed at cost unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
Rush Projects
Projects requiring a turnaround of less than 24-hours or weekend work will be subject to an additional 20% fee.
Payment Terms
Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date. Clients will receive an e-mailed copy of their invoice, along with a detailed description of the amount of time spent on each project. We use a time-tracking software to keep accurate time. Additional costs such as postal charges, printing costs or unique supply requests will be passed along to clients.

You may pay your invoice with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or eCheck via Paypal by clicking on the button below. There is a $35 charge for returned checks. To make a credit card payment, just click on the PayPal logo below.
Policies
Clients must sign and return a Work Agreement before work begins.
A $200 deposit is required for all new clients. Further services are billed monthly and payable upon receipt. All accounts over 15 days may incur a monthly finance charge.
Final proofreading is the responsibility of the client. If errors are found and reported within five (5) business days from the date the client receives the work, Virtual Office On Call will make the corrections at no extra charge. Any errors or omissions found, thereafter, are not the responsibility of Virtual Office On Call.
